Experiment with movement and art inspired by the animals, plants, and climate of the tropical rainforests. Perform for family & friends on Friday. July 8 – 12 Ages 6-11
Be inspired by the story of a Little Cat who has a really big meow. Explore your inner cat through movement, theater and art. Perform for family and friends by the end of the week. July 15 – 19 Ages 5-9 and Aug 5 – 9 Ages 6-11
Are you inspired by tasty treats? Indulge in delicious movement, art and theater and come up with a sweet confection to share with family and friends. July 22 – July 26 Ages 4 – 8
Explore contemporary movement, hip hop and develop skills in choreography. Create movement for camera or for a specific location. Find friends and share ideas July 29 – Aug 2 Ages 9-13
Learn about the animal connections in your own lineage. Explore your relationship to animal favorites and discover movement, art and theater to uncover new ideas and to spark your creativity. Aug 12-16 Ages 7-11
Be inspired by tasty treats in Camp Cupcake or venture to the great beyond in UFO No! In The Big Meow discover your inner cat. Examine past connections in Spirit Animals. Climate and biosphere come alive in Rainforest Craft and Create. Create movement for camera or for a specific site in Dance in Places. Enjoy a week or more of fun and creativity in a safe, inclusive space.
Loose fitting, casual clothing (t-shirts/knit pants) and sneakers are perfect for the camp and its activities. Please no sandals or crocs.
Campers please bring water bottle, snack, lunch, (optional – blanket or towel.)
Please bring a sweater or sweatshirt in the case of extreme air-conditioning.
REFUNDS
A $35 non-refundable registration fee is included in enrollment/camp. Each summer camp is subject to enrollment minimum of 5 students. Extended Day is subject to an enrollment minimum of 3 students. Full refunds are issued if a camp is cancelled. (Camps may be exchanged up to 30 days prior to the start date. Missed camps may not be exchanged.) All requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to Jane Franklin Dance. In the event of illness we cannot offer a refund and we provide no make-up policy.

FEES
All purchases made through Jane Franklin Dance are subject to a transaction fee. This applies to all credit/debit transactions whether in person, online, or over the phone.
PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp hours are 10am-4pm. Extended day is 9am – 10am and 4-5:30pm. The building opens at 9am for both staff and students. We are not able to facilitate an early drop off.
Jane Franklin Dance camps take place in the 3700 S Four Mile Run Drive building.
Snacks and lunch are outdoors, weather permitting, across the street at Jennie Dean Park.
Drop Off and Pick Up:
please drop off in the parking lot directly behind the building (yellow side, accessed via Nelson St or Oakland St.)
The pickup spot is at the same location as drop-off. Please pick up your child promptly. An additional fee of $25 per 15 minute interval is charged for late pick-up, either from Core Camp or Extended Day PM, and is due at the time of pick up.
