If you’ve ever been surprised about how suddenly your feelings can change, you are not alone. “Mr. Mixed Up” is confused by his feelings. But help is on the way! Friends lead a journey through movement, music and spoken word to examine emotions in comparison to color. Adventure through sadness blue, bright and shiny happiness, angry red, gray shadows, calm green. You’ll feel better by the end just knowing what it is that you feel.
