Share the enjoyment of movement, participation and performance with the community. Provide your guidance and experience for programming, marketing and development. The Board of Directors:
• networks with business and non-profit organizations in Alexandria & Arlington;
• cultivates donors and promotes individual giving;
• aids in marketing, development and financial management
Expected Time Commitment: Board meetings are held every six-eight weeks (September through June), from 7 to 8:30 p.m. by video (Zoom) or telephone conference call (some in-person meetings may take place dependent on the lifting of covid restrictions). We provide a reference letter of community service hours upon successful completion. We welcome older adults as well as teens, .
